Duties

Lead the team to design, build, optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in contents/creators/products/sellers in global markets
Build, expand and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch
Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints
Define the infrastructure vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with other product managers and leadership
