We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager for Sartor Fashion tech industries.The Sales Manager will conduct and oversee analyses focused on optimizing and understanding marketing performance, sales effectiveness, client retention, and lifetime customer value. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, sales, business intelligence, and data teams to deliver novel, actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience;
  • 2+ years’ expereince selling Business Application solutions and/or cloud services
  • 2+ years people management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video conferencing and face to face meeting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.

Duties

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and rigor to maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics – including response rates, prospecting activity tracking, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and accuracy. Encourage adoption of program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis.
  • Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities, invest in seller development and skilling to drive change based on insights.
  • Effectively lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs and market conditions evolve in a digitally enabled environment.
  • Completes Business Applications required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry. Mentors/coaches the team on growing knowledge on sales or products and ensures the team completes training and obtain certifications as required. Seek additional learning opportunities and prioritize to enhance effectiveness.
