We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager for Sartor Fashion tech industries.The Sales Manager will conduct and oversee analyses focused on optimizing and understanding marketing performance, sales effectiveness, client retention, and lifetime customer value. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, sales, business intelligence, and data teams to deliver novel, actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience;
- 2+ years’ expereince selling Business Application solutions and/or cloud services
- 2+ years people management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video conferencing and face to face meeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.
